The Covered Vehicle will be picked up from the address listed on contract. The vehicle must be in working order and be safe and legal to operate from the pick-up location to the Fulfillment Center listed above and back.
Your vehicle will be driven by an authorized representative for a Qualifying Reason to the Fulfillment Center listed on the contract which will perform the service work that You authorize.
Three (3) calendar years from the date of the contract. The product is cancellable within that time frame for a pro-rated basis.
Upon completion of all service work that You authorize, an authorized representative will deliver your car to the pick-up location within a reasonable and mutually agreeable time at which time You will surrender the service loaner vehicle to the authorized Lithia representative.
A Qualifying Reason shall generally be defined as any regularly scheduled maintenance, repair, warranty or other services that the Fulfillment Center listed on the contract would customarily perform on the Covered Vehicle.
